What Is The One Click Trades Process?

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3:

1 – Tell us your needs

2 – Select your date and time

3 – Process your booking by confirming your payment details and one of our Tradies will see you soon.

What Work Can I Expect To Be Done?

Please check out our detailed service checklist, which highlights areas that can be included with our different services. We offer flexible packages that enables our clients to select their own requirements and time frame. We also offer the option for full detailing.

What Is Your Satisfaction Guarantee?

If you are not satisfied for any reason with our Tradies then please send us an email within 24 hours with your concerns. To make it right we send them back free of charge to attend to any reasonable requests. Simply notify us of your concerns within 3 days from the date of your service and we’ll go back and address within reason the items required at no extra cost. To be eligible for our satisfaction guarantee, your invoice must have been paid in full and the work recommended by your Tradie was accepted by yourself and completed. 

All we require is an email with the list of items required to be done again from you. All complaints must be made within 72 hours of the job being completed. We will endeavour to have your concerns addressed straight away, however, please allow up to 3 working days based on our availability.

Do I Need To Provide Your Tradie With Equipment?

With One Click Trades we keep it simple – all of our Tradies will bring their own equipment and supplies. Naturally if you have anything specific you would like them to use then they will happily oblige!

Does One Click Trades Offer Any Discounts?

Yes we do! Take advantage of our $25 service credit by sharing the love! If any friends or family book with us and mention your name when booking then we will credit your account for new referral we receive! This is an uncapped offer so start earning credits today!

Which one of your Tradies will attend our service?

We hand pick the best Tradie to meet your service needs from our pre-qualified network of the experienced Tradies. 

How do they obtain access?

This is completely up to your preferences. Some clients prefer to be home, others leave instructions for access.

I would like to book the same Tradie, is this possible?

Of course! Please provide us the name of the Tradie you would like to book with and we can check their availability to attend again.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes we offer a full refund if advised 48 hours prior to booking. Please send us an email to support@oneclicktrades.com.au with your request. Please note you will be charged the full service fee for any cancellations within 48 hours or less of your booking.
I missed your Tradie?
Unfortunately if one of our Tradies has attended the site but were unable to gain access or start work then the full service fee will be charged to help cover our Tradies time and travel costs.
What if the job takes longer/shorter than I booked for?

Great news if the job took a shorter period than your selected timeframe we will issue you a refund for the time discrepancy. 

We do try our utmost to complete work within your allotted timeframe. However, if your scope of works requires more time in detailing or service charges our Tradie will advise you at the start of the service and confirm any additional charges at the time of service. These charges will be added only once confirmed and agreed by yourself. 

My Tradie isn’t here yet, what do I do?

Don’t panic I am sure they are on their way. Please email support@oneclicktrades.com.au and we will find out an ETA for you.

What do I do if I am not happy with my Tradie?

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Tradie! All of our Tradie’s are rated so please ensure you rate them so we can conduct a quality review and monitor their ongoing performance. If you’d like, you can also contact our support team to explain your concerns in further detail.

Which one of your Tradies will attend our service?
